I've told my story here and in my presentations . . . Tell everyone YOUR story! How is YOUR struggle going? What success have YOU had?

NOW Supplemants, Vitamin D-3 2,000 IU

In addition to the multi-vitamin/multi-mineral, add 2,000 IU of vitamin D in the form of vitamin D3 supplement capsule(s). Multi-vitamin capsules typically only contain about 400 IU of vitamin D, far below the 2,000 IU recommended. This is actually not a “vitamin” but a hormone, and one of the most important in the human body. Vitamin D is a “chemical key” that unlocks hundreds of genes that control day-to-day body functions in the body’s brain, heart, immune cells, bones, skin, nerves, blood vessels, etc.

Any quality Vitamin D3 supplement capsules will do. These typically have about 1,000 IU per capsule, so 2 a day will provide the Supplement Regime recommended amount unless you can find a 2,000 IU gel.

I recommend NOW Supplements, Vitamin D3 2000 IU Softgels – 1 daily.

NOW Supplements, Vitamin B-100

Make sure your daily multivitamin has sufficient vitamin B12 since Metformin has been shown to affect B12 levels in Type 2 diabetics.  A daily B-Complex supplement can be added if necessary.

Ceylon Cinnamon Capsules 4000mg

Cinnamon is said to have many useful benefits.  For Type 2 Diabetics, it is said to help with blood sugar control.

Most studies recommend 3,000mg-6,000mg daily.

For more information Google "diabetes and cinnamon".
